The company trip is an activity for all members of the company, designed to create a relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable space. This trip aims to strengthen the connection between employees and management, enhance team spirit, and encourage collaboration and creativity.
Putting aside all work-related stress and pressure, the entire team of Riken Vietnam Co., Ltd. embarked on a 3-day, 2-night company trip to Nha Trang, famously known as the “Blue Gem” of Vietnam.The journey began with a visit to Hon Tam Island, a harmonious blend of breathtaking natural beauty and incredible biodiversity. The island is not only home to stunning beaches but also vibrant coral reefs, hosting countless unique marine species. Here, everyone enjoyed taking photos, relaxing, and gently warming up for the trip.
Everyone had the chance to admire and capture the charming moments at this beautiful location.
In the afternoon, the atmosphere became lively with a Team Building program on the beach. Fun group games not only brought laughter but also helped strengthen teamwork and coordination skills for the workplace.
In the evening, a Gala Dinner was held in a warm and intimate atmosphere. This was an opportunity for the management to express gratitude to all employees while providing a space for everyone to connect and share memorable moments.
The journey came to an end, but the experiences, laughter, and team spirit will remain in every member, fueling their motivation for the work journey ahead.
